Graphic Recording is a visual performance that complements a meeting, talk or conference, by visually summarizing the
information communicated during those events.
It is an amazing new methodology to document events as they happen, in a really enlightening, inspiring and memorable way.
It is used to enhance the creativity of an audience by stimulating people to come up with new ideas and see the connections between issues which they thought were unrelated. By simply thinking visually and drawing on the spot on a visible surface, the Graphic Recorder indirectly interacts with the viewers, encouraging collaboration between groups, whatever the number.
The value of a Graphic Recording performance is visible
both during and after an event, as the final product is kept by
the teams involved, who are able to relate to tangible drawings and words to remember the conversations that have taken place
during their event.

A Rich Picture is a visual communication approach that is used to communicate a complex idea or important content in a way that is memorable and engaging at the same time.
With illustrated visual metaphors and texts, Rich Pictures stimulate discussions between groups and help reach a collective understanding of the subject matter.
Unlike Infographic images, where graphics are used to assemble complex information or data so that it is easier to "digest", Rich Pictures guide the viewer through a story.
More known in business, Mind Maps have the same power: they work as illustrated diagrams, usually used to visually organize information and show relationships among pieces of the whole.
When should I use these visual approaches?
a.
to reassert or to develop
a new business strategy
(business evolution/change)
b.
to develop or reinforce new plans
to fulfil business objectives
(product, market)
c.
to promote a brand
in a new, dynamic way
d.
to reinforce group dynamics
(team building)

About me

After art school, I graduated at the IED (European Institute of Design) of Milan as an illustrator. I then moved to the United Kingdom, where I lived and worked for five years, consolidating my professional artistic skills and exploring new visual approaches.
It was here that I discovered and learned the Graphic Recording methodology, trained under the umbrella of a leading London based internationally active visual marketing agency.
Thanks to that, I have travelled to many European countries and around the globe, from America to UAE, listening to multicultural teams and visually capturing their ideas, passions and dreams, with unique, tailored images.
Today I manage projects of various nature, in a multicultural environment, using my visual communication skills to facilitate the journey of small, middle-sized and large Companies in pursuit of their business goals.
